Mental Health Monday | Part 2
Renewing the Mind: From Awareness to Wholeness
Continuing the conversation from Part 1
Join us Monday, September 21,2026, from 8:30 PM–9:30 PM as we continue our Christ-centered conversation about the mind, emotions, awareness, and the journey toward wholeness.
We’ll build on Part 1 by exploring how renewed thinking can help us recognize patterns, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and respond wisely before situations escalate into crisis.
Together, we’ll continue exploring emotional and self-awareness, mind renewal and the Mind of Christ, recognizing patterns and warning signs, and pre-crisis awareness and intervention.
We’ll also discuss healthy relationships and accountability, discernment without judgment, correction without condemnation, compassion without enabling, and boundaries without rejection.
Our conversation will also address support without creating dependency, faith alongside appropriate professional support, personal responsibility and free will, and what healthy participation looks like.
Ultimately, we’ll continue moving from awareness toward healing, stability, and growth.
This is a space for awareness, hope, wisdom, responsibility, compassion, and healing—not blame, shame, or condemnation.

1 Peter 2:9 — Correction Is Part of Growth, But It’s Not the Whole Conversation.
We want to create a space where young people can learn, ask questions, take responsibility, receive guidance, and grow—without shame.
IN THIS CONVERSATION, YOU CAN:
-
Talk honestly and ask questions
-
Recognize that growth takes time
-
Understand responsibility without shame
-
Recognize warning signs in themselves and others
-
Learn that asking for help is strength
-
Understand healthy accountability and correction
-
Develop an identity rooted in Christ
-
Know that adults are there to listen, guide, and correct when needed—not simply criticize
CENTRAL QUESTIONS
What if being old enough to make decisions doesn’t necessarily mean we’ve been taught everything we need to know?
How can we take responsibility for our choices while still giving ourselves permission to learn?
REMEMBER
YOU ARE VALUED.
YOU ARE LOVED.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
YOU ARE GROWING.
YOU HAVE PURPOSE.
Come as you are.
Leave encouraged.

Guided Rest & Release Conversations Part 2 —Sabbath Saturdays
Rescheduled for September 19th 2026
8:30 PM–9:30 PM
Microsoft Teams Meeting
Rest in Him
Matthew 11:28–30
We invite you to step away from the noise, the pressure, and the weight of the week and enter into a time of guided rest, reflection, and release.
As part of Sabbath Saturdays, we’ll take time to reflect on what it means to rest in God’s presence—not only through physical rest, but by learning to lay down anxiety, release what we were never meant to carry, and embrace the rest found in God’s love and presence.
Together, we’ll reflect on what it means to:
-
Rest in God’s presence
-
Release anxiety and burdens
-
Trust Him with what we cannot control
-
Make room for His peace, stillness, and renewal
This is an opportunity to slow down, breathe, release, and receive the rest God offers.
Come as you are. Leave lighter. Rest is a gift. Receive it.
